Princess Party

I took Evie to a Princess Party at the Jones Creek Library on Saturday afternoon. The children's librarian enjoys having special events for the little ones. She says that it helps to foster a love for reading and of course, I am fully supportive. Evie dressed the part in her yellow "Belle" gown and had a pretty pink bow in her hair. There were twenty princesses and they all made tiaras, frog finger puppets, played pass the magic slipper and enjoyed a special telling of The Princess and the Pea. Evie had a ball (no pun intended) playing with the other girls and even made a special new friend, named Allie. When it was time to go, Evie said, "Goodbye friend, see you next time." Of course, she is our special princess and we love her so much!!
