Preschool Prom

Evie and Kelley's school has so many fun things going on...Muffins with Mom on Mother's Day, Donuts with Dad on Father's Day and let's not forget the end of the year Preschool Prom!! It's not a real prom of course. The kiddos just dress up, and they have a fun little dance party. Evie and Kelley were dressed and ready to dance!!








So incredibly cute!!!!

A Quiet Weekend

It is Friday July 5th and normally we have our wonderful grandkids with us for "Fun Friday" however not this particular Friday. The kids have been out of their normal sleeping pattern so Toby and Amy wanted them to be in their normal setting at least this Friday. Though it is quiet around here tonight Judy and I have been busy all day working to get the kids bedroom set up with their new bunk bed set that was delivered today. We are excited for them to see their new room when they are over for supper on Sunday. We miss Evie and Kelley Patrick tonight however we look forward to our next Friday with them. They are both the love of our life and we are blessed to be living here in Baton Rouge near everyone. Here is a picture of Evie and Kelley Patrick that was snapped of them on July 4th. They are growing up so fast.

Too Long!!

Wow, it has been too long since I have posted anything on this blog! Time has just flown by...we have been so busy...blah blah blah....excuses, excuses. I'll try to do better..

S'More Fun!

We had a great time with Evie and Kelley on Friday night making S'mores. A good friend had given us one of those neat kits to make s'mores as a Christmas gift. We immediately thought it would be fun to share with the kiddos. Of course, the weather has been so nasty this week that we could not make them outside, so we improvised and made them in the kitchen. Christmas fun with Juju and Papaw

Sorry that it has taken me so long to update this blog...I just get busy and forget. Walter and I have had some fun over the holidays with Evie and Kelley. We have been to the park a few times, to the mall, had some sleepovers and this morning decorated christmas cookies. Just a few pictures of some of our fun...

More Fall Fun

Just wanted to post a few pictures of our little Halloween cuties. Evie and Kelley came to our neighborhood for trick or treat this year and had a ball.
